1) Senior Nurse Manager / Nurse Manager
Responsibilities |

Responsibilities |

Degree / Diploma in Physiotherapy, with interest in working with the elderly |

5) Therapy Assistants (Temp to Perm)
Responsibilities |
| • |
Assist the Therapists in providing therapy treatments (including lifting, transferring and transporting patients) |

Perform housekeeping duties in the gym |

GCE ‘N’ level or above, preferably with some basic experience in caring for the elderly sick.

6) Assistant Chaplain
Responsibilities |
Assist the Chaplain in the following: |

Provide pastoral care and counseling for patients and families, staff and volunteers where appropriate |

Plan and implement Christian programmes |

Conduct worship services for patients and staff |
| • |
Build and coordinate a team of volunteer pastoral care givers |
| |
| Requirements |
| • |
A recognized pastor or mature Christian worker, preferably over 30 years of age, with Theological training and experience in pastoral care and counseling |

Interest in ministering to the elderly |
| • |
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin |
| • |
Conversant in Chinese dialects such as Hokkien, Cantonese |

Able to work independently |

Able to work with the interdisciplinary team |

7) Medical Social Worker
Responsibilities |

| • |
Perform social and financial assessment of patients and make recommendations |
| • |
Provide counseling to patients and their families and lead in family conferences |
| • |
Liaise with relevant organizations for collaboration and networking in the care of the elderly |
| • |
Attend to the social needs of destitute patients |
| • |
Participate in a multi-disciplinary team on patient care |

Conduct groupwork with the elderly patients or their caregivers |

Degree in Social Work (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) |

8) Care Coordinator
Responsibilities |

Be an advocate for patients and their families |

Networking with step-down care facilities to enhance support to patients and families |

Conduct post discharge follow-up |

Develop generic care management tools to coordinate care for patients |

Participate in research studies to enhance patient care. |

Must have professional qualifications in Nursing, Social Work or Allied Health or/and any clinical disciplines |

9) Pharmacy Technician
Responsibilities |

Assist pharmacists in dispensing/despatching of all prescriptions/ward stock to inpatients and outpatients |

Purchasing of pharmacy stock; receiving, storing of stock |

10) Finance Manager

Responsibilities |
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:- |

Oversee daily financial operations including statutory and management reporting, credit controls as well as cash flow projection and utilisation. |

Monitor financial performance through financial information analysis of business operations, funds management and budgetary controls. |
| • |
Formulate, review and implement financial policies and procedures cum establish control procedures to improve accounting reporting systems. |
| • |
Liaise with banks and financial agencies for funds investments.

| • |
Provide accurate and timely consolidation of month-end closing of accounts. |
| • |
Ensure statutory and tax compliances and accountability. |
| • |
Coordinate and liaise with external auditors for financial audits. |
