•	St Luke's Welcomes her New CEO and COO Mr Lim Hock Chuan, previously Deputy Secretary (Performance), Ministry of Finance has succeeded outgoing CEO Mr Lee Chee Yeng on 1 March 2013. St Luke's has also, for the first time, appointed a new Chief Operating Officer (COO), Dr Kenny Tan Ban Leong , who last held the position of Director (Corporate Affairs & Special Projects) at Ang Mo Kio-Thye Hua Kwan Hospital. •	Telok Blangah Centre Celebrates First Birthday SLEC Telok Blangah Centre celebrated its first anniversary on 7 December 2012. Our eleventh centre has more than 100 elderly enrolled in our day care and rehab programmes within a year.

•	Celebrating Exceeding Fruitfulness Over 500 staff, volunteers and guests celebrated at St Luke's ElderCare’s Appreciation Dinner on 16 November 2012.
•	Reaching out the serve the community Health Minister Gan Kim Yong launched the Centre of Enabled Living (CEL) Hub@City Square Mall to serve the community of people needing care on 18 November 2012.
•	Turning Point SLEC's elderly, Mr and Mrs Mak Yew Long shared about the journey of recovery with help from SLH and SLEC when Mr Mak suffered from a sudden stroke.
•	Another 100 graduated from ElderCare training Volunteers and staff trained by SLEC to develop practical skills to care for the elderly in the annual training.
