This close integration ascertains that patients receive optimal pharmaceutical treatment.

Many of our patients have difficulty understanding their prescriptions. Our reliable pharmacist will, assume the role as a Medication Educator, counsel the patients and relatives on the proper usage and dosage of medicines upon discharge. This helps the patients and their caregivers fully understand the possible side-effects of the medication as well as important precautions and actions to be taken. This ensures that patients take the appropriate medications safely and effectively.
