also includes day rehabilitation, which comprises
physiotherapy, occupational and speech therapy,
group activities and caregiver training. It helps
SLH’s discharged patients who require extended
period of therapy to improve on their functional
capability and delay deterioration.
Under the care of the Outpatient clinicians at St.
Luke’s Hospital, patients may be treated for

Geriatric Syndromes.
Wound & Leg Ulcers.
Mood Disorders & Dementia-related Problems
SLH’s Outpatient Home Care Services also provides
home-based to homebound elderly sick who needs continuing
health care. In addition, the outpatients of the
hospital are supported by services such as pharmacy
