1) Consultant / Associate Consultant / Registrar

Responsibilities:
  • Work in a range of clinical services, including inpatient care of rehabilitation and sub-acute patients, outpatient clinics focusing on integrative care of patients with chronic disease, geriatric syndromes and rehabilitative care, and home medical care for chronic bed bound patients. Doctors with specific preference will be able to focus on inpatient, outpatient or home medical care

2) Assistant Director of Nursing

Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage the nursing resource areas in accordance to the Hospital’s vision, mission and values
  • Direct, supervise and evaluate the nursing staff to meet the goals and objectives of Nursing Department
  • Plan and implement the hospital operational and nursing policies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop primary nursing care and align strategic objectives to transform patient care in the communities
  • Assist Director of Nursing in Nursing Manpower Planning & Development (eg nursing recruitment and retention of staffing needs, identifying relevant learning opportunities, in-service and continuing education programmes for all nursing staff)
  • Provide guidance to Nurse Managers to resolve matters arising from nursing services
  • Enforce and monitor nursing system and service quality within the nursing team
  • Participate in the research on nursing care and practices to enhance nursing services
  • Perform other assigned duties
    Requirements:
  • Master in Gerontology/Health Administration/Degree in Nursing with relevant post-basic Nursing qualifications, preferably with ward administration and nursing clinical experience with minimum 8 years in leading a team

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct daily operational activities in the wards

Responsibilities:
 
Primary:
  • Communications (internal and external) strategy including workplan, targets and budget
  • Media relations (print and broadcast)
  • Content creation and production (social media, website, print including annual report and newsletter)

  • Compliance with statutory requirements on publicity and Code of Governance
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders

7) Senior Executive, Strategy and Projects

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the annual strategic planning process
  • Develop and analyse reports on industry trends, competitive landscape and internal performance for use by the Hospital’s senior management
  • Support strategic workgroups to develop and operationalise the Hospital’s strategic plans
  • Work with internal stakeholders to plans and develop workflows for new projects
  • Assist in implementation, tracking and evaluation of projects
  • Provide secretariat support for various senior management meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, statistics and presentations as necessary
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Science or related healthcare discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in administrative role and/or business planning and implementation, preferably from the healthcare industry

8) Executive, Outpatient Services

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational efficiency of outpatient services including a team of outpatient service associates
  • Assist the department in developing and maintaining operational excellence by providing timely departmental performance reporting, reviewing and streamlining of work processes, etc
  • Assist in maintaining operational efficiency of outpatient units, which include general outpatient clinic, day rehabilitation centre, home care services, and any other outpatient services which may be implemented as part of the overall business strategy of the organisation
  • Craft strategies and policies on operational processes, workflow design, data collection and analysis to support various departmental initiatives such as new clinical services, collaboration projects
  • Serve as the liaison office for the department to interact with the other internal divisions/departments and external parties to ensure smooth flow of activities
  • Marketing of new services/programmes/initiatives to various stakeholders internally or externally
  Requirements:
  • Preferably a Bachelor Degree holder with at least 2 years of working experience ideally in customer service or operations (in Healthcare industry) and project management

9) Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

Project Management
  • Research and collate information from various departments and suppliers for assigned projects
  • Develop business case presentation, tender documents and related reports for senior management’s approval
  • Implement pilot study and carry out PDCA cycle until the project is ready to go live

  Asset Management
  • Plan for the preventive maintenance for all hospital and medical equipment in the hospital
  • Gather specifications from users
  • Participate in procurement, commissioning and maintenance of hospital and medical equipment, ie end-to-end asset management

Requirements:

10) Administrative Assistant (Procurement)

Responsibilities:

Purchasing
  • Obtain quotations in accordance with laid down guidelines and policies
  • Obtain user’s participation and advice on evaluation of offers and vendor selection
  • Negotiate with vendors for best possible terms
  • Receive and collate purchase requisitions ensuring proper authorisation
  • Prepare purchase orders for all approved requisitions
  • Liaise with users on delivery and verification of product specification
  • Attend to any problems and queries that arise from the purchases
  • Assist user departments with contract matters when necessary
  • Verify all suppliers’ invoices against delivery orders/service reports and purchase orders
  • Liaise with external supplier or vendor to ensure timely delivery and verification of product specification

  • Provide post purchase evaluation on vendors to ensure they provide quality service
  Administrations
  • Check that suppliers’ invoices are in order and forward to Finance Division for payment

  • Conversant in Microsoft Office applications and confident in using information technology for work processes

11) Finance Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out financial counselling to inpatients ensuring all relevant documents are properly executed and are complete
  • Check and verify inpatient charges and prepare provisional bills for all inpatients.
  • Attending and handling of pre-admissions processes of inpatients
  • Prepare Medifund report for Medifund assistance
  • Reconcile and follow-up on claims of patients with private insurance plans
  • Collect payments of deposits from inpatients upon admission as well as payments of hospital charges, pharmaceuticals and other payments from outpatients and donations paid over the counter
  • Maintain and update patients’ database
  • Follow up on payment from patients with outstanding debts
  • Review accounts of patients due for discharge and inform patients’ family members of amount payable on discharge whenever applicable
  • Prepare refund of deposits and attends to all enquiries from patients on refunds
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a minimum of Diploma in Business Administration/Finance, LCCI in Accountancy or related disciplines
  • Preferably possess one year working experience in similar capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word)
  • Knowledge and experience in computerised accounting (preferably SAP) is necessary
  • Good communication, interpersonal & organisational skills
