Mr Khoo Teng Cheong has over three decades of leadership experience in the banking industry. He joined DBS Bank in 2008 after a 20-year career in Citibank, where he worked in a variety of roles in 4 countries. At DBS, he was the Head of Group Strategy and Planning from 2008 to 2015. Thereafter, he was the Head of Group Learning and Talent Development from 2016 to 2018. He retired from DBS on 31 March 2018.
