Jeethu leads the HR team and oversees functions like HR business partnering, recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, and focuses on building a purpose-driven workforce and bringing value to SLH staff. With over 15 years of experience in HR across Information Technology and Healthcare sector, Jeethu believes that if an organisation takes care of their staff, staff will take care of their customers & business. Jeethu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Development. In recognition of his work in Human Resource Management, he was featured in the “HRD Asia Hot List 2018” of HR professionals. His strength in change management, talent development and employee relations has garnered multiple HR awards in Singapore and the region for the organisations he has worked.
