The Board of St Luke’s Hospital comprises capable and proficient members with vast experiences from various industries.
Led by Chairman Mr Khoo Teng Cheong, the Board oversees the strategic direction, performance and affairs of the Hospital and provides overall guidance to the Management team. The Board has the primary responsibility of driving success of the hospital so as to deliver sustainable values over the long-term.

Conflict of Interest Policy
St Luke’s Hospital has adopted a policy for Board members and key staff in the Hospital to declare any possible conflict of interest since 2006. A Conflict of Interest Policy was formalised and approved by the Board in 2008.
