Job Summary:

  • Provide administrative support to the various units of Care & Integration Division
  • Assist in the preparation of statistics and submission reports
  • Assist in documentation and indicator tracking of programs implemented by the Division
  • Strengthen collaboration with Restructured Hospitals and step down care service providers to enhance patient care continuity

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Assist Deputy Director and Managers with administrative support (eg. Coordinate meetings, minutes taking, secretariat support for committees, etc.)
  • Maintain complete records database for funded programmes
  • Track and consolidate data for reporting to funders (AIC, MOH, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit statistics and reports to funders
  • Prepare relevant marketing collaterals (eg. Brochures, hand-outs for publicity and outreach)
  • Assist to identify problem areas, recommend and implement improvements


  • Participate in and organize intra-hospital committees and events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business administration or relevant disciplines
  • Experience in the healthcare setting preferred
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and skilled in developing excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint slides, reports, etc.
