Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development, Implementation and Management:
    • Responsible to develop course curricula (To convert existing courses to blended learning or full E-learning)
    • Develop curriculum and learning activities that align content, teaching, learning and assessment methodologies with programme objectives and learning outcomes
    • Integrate innovative teaching and learning strategies in the delivery of training programmes to facilitate active learning and achievement of learning outcomes
    • Able to teach wound related training courses or customised training courses (bonus)
    • Able to facilitate Learning
  • Project Management and Implementation of Learning Solutions:
    • Conduct workplace performance diagnosis
    • Design learning solutions and interventions suited to the ILTC sector
    • Drive implementation of learning solutions and interventions
    • Evaluate impact and effectiveness of learning solutions and interventions
    • Able to teach wound related training courses or customised training courses
  • Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
    • Manage stakeholders and vendors to establish relationships and collaboration opportunities
    • Collaborate with multi-professional stakeholders to execute training plans
Requirements:
  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Health Sciences Education would be preferred)
  • Experience in Healthcare sector/Educational sector will be an added advantage
  • Must possess strong pedagogical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications, data management skills
  • Good organization, analytical and coordination skills
  • Growth mindset with a passion for innovation
  • Strong business acumen will be a bonus
  • Able to work independently when required
  • Must possess a collaborative attitude and is a positive team player
