Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise, design and develop programmes that complement existing services to support the community and patients
  • Review and refine services, processes and workflows for outpatient clinics, the day rehabilitative centre and the home care services
  • Craft strategies and policies on operational processes, workflow design, data collection and analysis to support various departmental initiatives such as new clinical services, collaboration projects
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team and partners to plan, implement and manage projects
  • Serve as the liaison office for the department to interact with the other internal divisions/ departments and external parties to ensure smooth flow of activities
  • Market of new services/programs/initiatives to various stakeholders internally or externally
  • Conduct cost analysis, monitor and track project development

Requirements:

  • Degree, preferably in healthcare or community services with at least 4 years of relevant  working experience
  • Experience in business development in the community or health sector
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, creative, self-driven, independent and a team player
  • Good project management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and data management
  • Possess good communication skills (especially writing skills)
  • Able to multi-task and enjoy a fast-paced environment
