Responsibilities:

  • Image cloning of workstation, upgrade of OS for various platform
  • Resolving issues for Microsoft Outlook client and Office 365 Web mail
  • Application upgrades, monitoring, and system troubleshooting
  • Review system log files and reporting
  • Maintain hardware and software Inventory
  • Tablet setup and manage security of devices
  • Backup and recovery of servers and workstations

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in IT
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support
  • Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards
  • Excellent understanding of Antivirus, Security, Network protocol and Wireless Technology
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 suite features
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player to complete work within timelines
  • Experience in SharePoint is an advantage
