Responsibilities

Operations Support

  • Attend to daily hospital operation matters
  • Oversee of maintenance / service contracts
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties on hospital operational issues
  • Coordinate and manage project and/or maintenance schedules relating to the preventive maintenance and/or servicing of Mechanical & Electrical, Facilities, Equipment etc
  • Conduct regular service quality inspection to ensure service provider delivers quality service
  • Conduct regular joint survey with service provider on patients in hospital

Workplace Safety and Health

  • Effective implementation of strategies that will ensure a safe workplace
  • Develop and implement policies, processes and standards to meet all regulatory requirements
  • Manage matters on risk assessment, safety inspection, incident investigation and occupational health monitoring
  • Establish training programmes to implement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Diploma in procurement / facilities management
  • WSQ Certificate in Workplace safety and health is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 yrs relevant working experience in project planning / facilities management and implementation, preferably from the healthcare industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • A team player with initiative and excellent service attitude
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
