• Work with management to prioritise business and information needs
  • Acquire data from various data sources, develop, implement and maintain databases
  • Identify, analyse, interpret data/trends/patterns in data sets
  • Document analysis results and assumptions made
  • Develop and manage information to support corporate decision making
  • Defining new data collection and analysis processes


  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent
  • Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MS SQL 2012 (or later), knowledge of SQL with the ability to write complex SQL queries, SSRS, Stored Procedure, Triggers, Functions, etc.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques
  • Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques
  • Adept at queries, report writing, data visualization (like tableau) and presenting findings
  • Analytical and a strong team player
