Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the annual strategic planning process
  • Develop and analyse reports on industry trends, competitive landscape and internal performance for use by senior management
  • Support strategic workgroups to develop and operationalise strategic plans
  • Work with internal stakeholders to plan and develop workflows for new projects
  • Assist in implementation, tracking and evaluation of projects
  • Provide secretariat support for various senior management meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, statistics and presentations as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Science or related healthcare discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in administrative role and/ or business planning and implementation, preferably from the healthcare industry
  • Strong proficiency with statistical analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications (specifically with Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Effective communication and presentation skills (oral & written)
  • Good interpersonal skills
