Medication Management course (basic)

Proper medication management is increasingly important in an ageing population with complex care needs. Join this course to gain knowledge and skills needed for safe use of medications.

Course objectives

  • Learn how to handle, store and dispose medications safely and effectively
  • Learn common ailments in the elderly and appropriate medication management
  • Recognise and manage common adverse reactions caused by medications

Target audience:  Nursing Aides, Enrolled Nurses, Registered Nurses, Centre-based staff, Staff who manage medications at community services

Course duration (2 full days): 8.30am–5.30pm

Course fee: $492.20 (including GST)

Prevailing course fee subsidy at 90% for Singaporeans/PRs and 45% for foreign staff working in eligible community care organisations.
