Management of pressure injury course (basic)

Pressure injury is a serious health issue. It is common among the elderly or patients who are bedbound. Most pressure injuries are preventable. Join this course to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to assess, prevent and manage pressure injuries.

Course objectives

  • Learn how to define pressure injury and identify its risk factors
  • Learn how to assess and stage pressure injury
  • Provide interventions to prevent pressure injury and standard care management

Course duration (1 day): 9 am–5.30 pm

Course date: 18 Apr 2019

Course fee: $197.95 (including GST)

Prevailing course fee subsidy at 90% for Singaporeans/PRs and 45% for foreign staff working in eligible community care organisations.
