Outpatient Services Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent frontline customer service and meticulous administrative support to the Outpatient Services
  • Customer registration, appointment scheduling and reminders, collection of payment/deposits
  • Respond to customer requests and enquiries
  • Regularly update general patient records
  • Undertake general reception and other adhoc clerical duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • GCE N’ Level or ITE Certificate holders are welcome to apply
  • Prior customer service experience in relevant healthcare settings would be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Ability to communicate in vernacular languages is an asset (in order to liaise with vernacula speaking associates/patients)
  • Must be able to work under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
