Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline support with regard to patient admissions, transfers, discharges and other related patient-care duties
- Attend to enquires from patients/public
- Coordinate and arrange appointments for patients
- Assist in the ordering and maintenance of ward stock and stationery supplies
- Promptly update and maintain core patient information meticulously
- Undertake general administrative duties including ward reception and billing
- Manage and ensure the smooth flow of support functions within assigned ward
Requirements:
- GCE N Level or ITE Certificate holders are welcome to apply
- Prior customer service experience in relevant healthcare settings would be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate in vernacular languages is an asset
- Good interpersonal & organizational skills
- Strong team player with ability to work independently
