Patient Services Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline support with regard to patient admissions, transfers, discharges and other related patient-care duties
  • Attend to enquires from patients/public
  • Coordinate and arrange appointments for patients
  • Assist in the ordering and maintenance of ward stock and stationery supplies
  • Promptly update and maintain core patient information meticulously
  • Undertake general administrative duties including ward reception and billing
  • Manage and ensure the smooth flow of support functions within assigned ward

Requirements:

  • GCE N Level or ITE Certificate holders are welcome to apply
  • Prior customer service experience in relevant healthcare settings would be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to communicate in vernacular languages is an asset
  • Good interpersonal & organizational skills
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently
