Senior Executive, Corporate Communications and Partnerships

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Head, Corporate Communications and Partnerships, you will be responsible for corporate communication functions including internal and external communications, grow SLH corporate branding and image, digital and traditional publication with distribution online and offline, support management of all SLH mass media and social media, support fundraising and volunteering publicities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

(a) Internal and External Communications

  • Co-create and conceptualize presentation of updates to internal/external stakeholders
  • Collateral management on publicity materials
  • Communicate value propositions in multiple platforms
  • Facilitate inculcation of brand values and behaviours, including in hospital updates, awards, stories and other narratives and grow employee brand advocacy
  • Improve communication channels

(b) Content Creation (Digital & Traditional Publication)

  • Content strategy, including market and competitor analysis, development of value propositions, A/B testing and review of communication effectiveness
  • Content creation online and offline, including social media, website, brochures, annual report, newsletter, photos, videos, events and campaigns with appeal beyond digital natives

(c) SLH Corporate Branding & Image

  • Corporate identity champion
  • Brand advisory
  • Brand audit

(d) Management of Mass Media and Social Media

  • Develop the social media calendar for all SLH social media apps
  • Management of SLH website and social media apps responses to comments

(e) General

  • Comply with fundraising and personal data protection requirements, related governance and audit requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • At least 5 years’ experience in corporate communications. Experience in healthcare or charity setting (supporting fundraising, donor and volunteer management) and use of data analytics in communications a plus
  • Journalism, Mass Communication or related degree. Training in copywriting, graphic design, photography or video a plus
  • Proactive and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
