How It Works
Receive your appreciation token by mail
- Donors will need to provide their required details to coordinate the mailing of the chosen token.
- Each donor is entitled to receive one appreciation token per donation that meets the criteria for redemption.
- Donors may choose to opt out of receiving an appreciation token.
Why Your Support Matters
Since 1996, St Luke’s Hospital has journeyed alongside older persons as a community health partner, supporting patients across the full care continuum, from preventive, curative to palliative care.
Today, our care ecosystem spans inpatient, outpatient, home care and community-based programmes, with special focus in four peaks of excellence, including dementia, palliative, rehabilitation and wound care.
Every year, we disburse approximately $5 million in financial aid, supporting over 7,500 patients, many from lower-income backgrounds and face serious or chronic conditions. They may be recovering from surgery, coping with amputation or living with chronic or life-threatening conditions that require ongoing medical or rehabilitative care.
