This year’s theme, “Honouring Legacy, Shaping Tomorrow” reflects both a milestone and a shared journey. As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, we honour the people, partnerships, and collective efforts that have shaped who we are today, while looking ahead to the future we hope to build together.

Why Your Support Matters
Since 1996, St Luke’s Hospital has journeyed alongside older persons as a community health partner, supporting patients across the full care continuum, from preventive, curative to palliative care.
Today, our care ecosystem spans inpatient, outpatient, home care and community-based programmes, with special focus in four peaks of excellence, including dementia, palliative, rehabilitation and wound care.
Every year, we disburse approximately $5 million in financial aid, supporting over 7,500 patients, many from lower-income backgrounds and face serious or chronic conditions. They may be recovering from surgery, coping with amputation or living with chronic or life-threatening conditions that require ongoing medical or rehabilitative care.
