Ms Alice Phua
Director of Nursing

As the Director of Nursing, Ms Alice Phua oversees and leads a large cohort of nurses and patient service assistants. She holds a degree in Nursing from the University of Sydney and a Midwifery Certification from the School of Nursing, Singapore. Passionate about coaching and mentoring the next generation of nurses and nurse leaders, as well as serving God, she has spent more than 45 years in nursing across various disciplines in both public and private hospitals, as well as in academia.
