Giving
As a charity hospital, many patients at St Luke’s Hospital come from lower income or less privileged families. They may have undergone surgery, amputation or suffer from chronic or life-threatening conditions which require constant medical or rehabilitative care.
St Luke’s Hospital provides holistic patient care that encompasses not just physical, but emotional and psychosocial aspects as well.
All forms of donations and contributions will better enable us to deliver holistic patient care.
St Luke’s Hospital is an Institution of a Public Character (IPC). Please ensure your donation and details reach us by 31 December in order for the tax deduction to be reflected in your tax assessment the following year. All outright cash donations are eligible for 250% tax deduction.
Impact of Giving

1. Provide care for the whole person to inpatients in our wards, including dedicated dementia, wound and palliative wards, and rehabilitation gym.
2. Provide financial assistance for needy patients who need medical care, home modifications or transport.
3. Improve access to community healthcare through St Luke’s Community Clinic, Day Rehabilitation Centre and home care.
Loving care from our award-winning multi-disciplinary team comforts the sick, heals wounds and helps patients regain functional abilities. Patients have recovered, gone home to their families and even returned to work. Each and every contribution to St Luke’s Hospital goes a long way in enriching the lives of over 5,000 patients every year.

To prevent unnecessary wastage of donated items, we regret that we can only accept items based our current needs. For perishable items, we not be able to accept items that have a shelf life of less than six months.

Our fundraising efficiency ratio is 11%. All charities and IPCs are expected to keep their fundraising efficiency ratio below 30%.
