Puay Choo brings extensive experience in both public and private hospital operations, with a strong track record in healthcare planning, service development and operational leadership. She has led two national centres from initial concept and planning through to commissioning and full operationalisation, translating strategic plans into effective and sustainable care delivery.

In addition to overseeing key support operations, Puay Choo plays a pivotal role in St Luke’s campus planning project. Drawing on her expertise in healthcare institution development, she supports the planning of facilities, workflows and operational requirements to ensure the future campus is responsive to evolving patient needs, enables efficient care delivery and provides a supportive environment for patients, caregivers and staff.
