As Head of Strategy, Ms Grace Tan is responsible for shaping and overseeing the hospital’s strategy and key strategic initiatives, ensuring that SLH remains relevant, future-ready and well-positioned as both a Community Hospital and community care provider.
She seeks to strengthen SLH as a health partner of choice for patients, partners and employees, while advancing the organisation towards its 2030 vision of becoming the Best Community Hospital in Asia — creating the Best Care & Best Experience for our patients and caregivers, and building a strong Community Hospital Health System that transforms care in the community together with our ecosystem of partners.
