Belinda is a strategic and results-driven Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience across both the public and private sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, community services, and consultancy. Prior to joining SLH, she served as Deputy Director at Raffles Medical Group and PeopleSolve Pte Ltd, where she drove manpower resources and commercial initiatives.
She brings a strong track record in driving manpower strategy, organisational growth, and commercial initiatives. Her core expertise spans Talent Management and Development, Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning, HR Operations, Graduate Recruitment, Learning and Development, and Compensation and Benefits.
Belinda is adept at aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering high-performance workplace cultures, and leading cross-functional teams across Southeast Asia.
