He has played a key role in shaping St Luke’s Hospital’s organisational culture, strengthening workforce capabilities, and driving strategic initiatives that support the Hospital’s long-term growth and sustainability.

With a foundational background in Computer Science Engineering, early career experience in the information technology sector, and a postgraduate qualification in Management (HR), Jeethu brings a distinctive blend of operational, technological, and people leadership expertise. His multidisciplinary perspective enables him to align strategy, systems, and talent to deliver organisational outcomes and support innovation across the care ecosystem.

As Chief Operating Officer, Jeethu leads Support Operations, Clinical Operations, Information Technology, and the campus refresh project. He is focused on advancing operational excellence, digital transformation, and organisational effectiveness, while fostering greater integration across people, processes, and systems to enhance care delivery and strengthen St Luke’s Hospital’s impact in the community.
