Josephine Koh is the Head of St Luke’s Community Wound Centre (SLCWC) and Assistant Director of Nursing at St Luke’s Hospital, where she leads outpatient services and drives advancements in community-based care delivery.
With a strong foundation in wound and home care practice, Josephine has built her career around improving patient outcomes across care settings. After starting in the corporate sector, she specialised as a Clinical Wound Specialist with a British multinational company from 1997 to 2006.
Over the past 20 years, she has played a pivotal role in advancing home and community care, championing integrated, patient-centric models that extend care beyond hospital walls, spearheading initiatives that enhance continuity of care, reduce hospital reliance, and support patients in healing and living well within their communities.
At SLH, Josephine is committed to elevating standards and expanding access to high-quality, patient-centred care where she continues to advocate for compassionate, accessible, and community-focused healthcare.
