Aik Seng is a seasoned leader with extensive experience across healthcare, information technology, and telecommunications, recognized for his strengths in operations management, large-scale programme delivery, and organizational transformation.
Prior to joining St Luke’s Hospital, he held a key leadership role at Singapore’s Ministry of Health, where he led nationwide healthcare operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. He was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) for his contributions to national testing strategies.
His expertise in digital transformation and data-driven decision-making will support St Luke’s Hospital’s ongoing efforts to strengthen clinical operations and enhance care delivery.
