At St Luke’s Community Clinic, your health is our priority. As a Healthier SG-registered clinic, you can receive holistic care and support from a trusted family doctor, who can help you detect health issues early and manage existing conditions, so that you can achieve better health outcomes.
Eligibility for Healthier SG
- Singapore Residents and Permanent Residents aged 40 years and above will be invited via SMS to enrol

- Personalised Free Health Plan Consultation with your family doctor
- Receive 3,000 Healthpoints (worth $20) after your first Health Plan consultation
- Fully-subsidised nationally-recommended screenings and vaccinations for Singapore Citizens
From Early 2024:
- Enhanced subsidies for common chronic drugs for CHAS, Merdeka and Pioneer Generation patients with high medication needs
- Use MediSave without cash co-payment for treatment of chronic conditions

How to enrol Healthier SG with St Luke's Community Clinic
Step 1: Register via HealthHub
Download the HealthHub App or visit the HealthHub Web Portal with your Singpass and select “St Luke’s Community Clinic”. We will contact you to arrange for an appointment to enjoy a free first Health Plan consultation.
Step 2: See a Doctor
Create your Health Plan with our family doctors (e.g., recommended health screenings, immunisations, and lifestyle adjustments). Follow up with your family doctor at least once a year.
