Managing Emotions in Times of Uncertainty and Stress

This course goes beyond theoretical knowledge, offering an experiential, inside-out approach that focuses on what truly matters for personal well-being. Through reflective practices and interactive facilitation, participants will deepen self-awareness and strengthen emotional resilience – building the inner foundation needed to thrive in both personal and professional settings. 

Course Objectives:

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to

  • Develop emotional literacy to manage their own emotions effectivity and respond sensitively to patients, next-of-kins and colleagues.
  • Create space for both challenges and joys, enhancing self-care and building emotional resilience.
  • Experience The Lego® Serious Play® facilitation process and explore its applications for fostering empathy and deeper learning.
  • Cultivate openness to new perspectives and possibilities, enabling personal growth and flourishing in the workplace.  
 

Course Outline:

  • Enhance emotional literacy by naming your emotions to give insights into behaviours
  • Practice consequential thinking by choosing your Thought-Feelings-Actions to empower yourself for the effective patterns or behaviours
  • Adapt to change stressful events in healthy and constructive ways
  • Develop new actions to deal with future encounters
  • Explore social health and connection
