Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the skillful, timely, accurate and sufficient collection of blood specimens from patients as required for clinical tests, using various techniques such as venipuncture, capillary collection and/or blood culture specimen collection
• Responsible for the performance of assigned section and inventory management of supplies utilized by the phlebotomy
• Perform phlebotomy and ECG in an accurate, efficient and professional manner
Requirements:
• Must possess a valid Phlebotomy certificate
• Candidates with at least 2 years hands-on experience in hospital or a similar work environment will be an added advantage
• Must have an interest to work with the elderly in a hospital environment
• Ability to communicate in vernacular languages is an asset
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
