Responsibilities:
- Plan and provide nursing care to meet the patients’ needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patients, treatments and conditions
- Assist in supervision of junior nurses and ancillary staff
- Ensure availability of ward stock
Requirements:
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum 1 year’s ward experience
- Able to work 2 or 3 rotating shifts
